摘    要:
就近年来国内外对扩增阻滞突变系统(ARMS)的研究进行总结,阐述了ARMS技术的原理、特点和发展,着重介绍了其在中药鉴定中的应用。与其他分子标记相比,ARMS技术具有简单、高效、准确与省时等优点,为中药鉴定提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract:
This paper summarizes the research progress on amplification refractory mutation system (ARMS) in recent years at home and abroad and introduces its principle, characteristics and development, especially its role in the identification of Chinese matefia medica. Compared with other molecular markers, ARMS is not only simple and effective, but also accurate and timesaving, thus providing a new way for identifying Chinese materia medica.
