| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of urokinase thrombolysis on acute myocardial infarction.Methods：84 cases with acute myocardial infarction were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group 42 cases in each.Routine therapy was given to control group,and urokinase thrombolysis was used to observation group.Results：There was statistical difference of reperfusion rate of coronary after treatment in observation group compared with that in control group（P〈0.05）;The incidence of heart failure,angina pectoris after myocardial ifarction and mortality compared with those in control group,there were statistical differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Urokinase thrombolysis on acute myocardial infarction has high reperfusion rate of coronary,and decrease the adverse cardiac events,the clinical efficacy is significant. |
