| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨口腔数码摄影技术和诊断模型联合应用在前牙美学修复中的临床效果和患者满意程度。方法：选取前牙美学修复患者36例随机分成实验组和对照组两组，每组18例，实验组在常规美学修复基础上联合运用口腔数码摄影和诊断模型技术，对照组采用常规美学修复，观察两组临床效果和患者满意程度。结果：实验组修复体几项观察指标（形态、边缘密合度和颜色色调）与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），患者满意程度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：口腔数码摄影和诊断模型联合运用技术为临床上前牙美学修复方法选择上提供一定的参考依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To analysis the combined application of the dental digital photography and diagnostic wax-up for the restoration of anterior teeth aesthetics. Methods： 36 patients with the needs of anterior teeth restoration were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in experimental group were treated with the combined application of dental digital photography and diagnostic wax-up. The patients in control group were treated with regular methods for the restoration of anterior teeth aesthetics. A questionnaire on the satisfaction was performed. Result： There was significant difference between the two methods （P〈0.05）. The patients in experimental group were satisfied with the treatmeng results. Conclusion： The combination of two methods overcome the limitation of adopting only one therapy, and have reached good clinical effect. |
