| 摘 要： | 结石在输尿管中存在形式有两种：一种是结石与输尿管粘连不能移动，即处于静态；另一种粘连松解而游离，即处于动态。结石只有处于动态才能被排出，结石的治疗不能笼统地讲排石。根据结石引起腰腹疼痛的变化，判断结石处于动静状态及相应辨治。

| Abstract: | There are two kinds of ureterolilh, i. e., those ad-hered to the ureter (immovable type) and those not adhered to the ureter (movable type). Only movable stone can be eliminated so that lithagogue treatment should not be generally applied. According the variations of lumbago and abdominal pain induced by the calculus, the immovable or movable type can be differentiated and treated accordingly. |
