改进洗涤红细胞工艺技术及临床应用的价值

目的:推广改进洗涤红细胞的临床应用。方法:将血液成份按不同比重离心分层(共6层),减少洗涤次数,减少离心力(Xg),缩短离心时间,分出血浆,弃掉血小板,淋巴细胞,单核细胞和粒细胞,剩留红细胞用盐水配成70%的红细胞悬液。结果:保护改进洗涤红细胞膜不受损伤,维持红细胞的形态、弹性及功能,质控项目符合要求,临床应用效果好、安全,尤其O型红细胞可称万能血。输血不良反应率降到最低限度,与未改进的洗涤红细胞、浓缩红细胞、全血比较均有显著性差异(P<001)。结论:方法正确,结果满意,制品优质优越,值得推广。

Clinical Application of Technique of Improved Washed Red Cells

Objective:To recommend the clinical application of improved washed red blood cells(WRBC).Methods:Blood ingredient were delaminated by centrifugalization.The frenquency of washing and centrifugal force were decreased,and centrifugual duration was shortened.The plasma was separated.The platelet,lymphocytes,monocytes and granulocytes were discarded.70% red cell suspension were prepared with remaining red cells and normal saline.Results:Improved WRBC specially in 0 type was an effective and safe technique in protecting cytomembrance,maintaining cell shape,elasticity and functions,transfusion reaction.Compared reducing with unimproved WRBC,concentrated red cells and whole blood,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Improved WRBC technique should be recommended for proper methods,satifactory effect and high quality.
