| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定螺内酯的含量。方法色谱柱为AgilentC18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（50∶50）,测定波长为238nm。结果螺内酯进样质量浓度在5.0231～75.3471μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=1.000）。结论所用方法重复性好、操作简便,可用于螺内酯的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Spironolactone Tablets.Methods The stationary phase was Agilent C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（50 ∶50）.The detective wavelength was set at 238 nm. Results Within the range of 5.023 1-75.347 1 μg/mL,spironolactone had the good linearity（r=1.000）.Conclusion The method is reproducible and easy to operate,which can be used in the quality control of Spironolactone Tablets. |
