摘    要:目的:优选野菊花中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇质量分数、加醇倍数、提取时间为考察因素,以野菊花总黄酮含量为评价指标,采用正交试验优选提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加12倍量50%乙醇,回流2次,每次1h。结论:所选工艺合理、可行,可用于野菊花中总黄酮的提取。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum indicum. METHODS : The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment with ethanol concentration, amount of ethanol, extraction time as factors using the content of total flavonoids from C. indicum as index. RESULTS: The optimal condition was as follows: adding 12 folds of 50% ethanol, reflux-extracting for 2 times, 1 h each time. CONCLUSIONS: The selected technology is reasonable and practicable, and it can be used for the extraction of total flavonoids from C. indicum.
