| 摘 要： | 目的：研究海洛因依赖者脱毒后认知行为治疗对其复吸的影响。方法：将强制戒毒的60例海洛因依赖者随机分为治疗组和对照组，用认知行为治疗方法对治疗组进行治疗，出所后两组追踪6个月。观察操守、复吸、曾在访及失访情况。结果：两组操守、复吸结果经统计学分析无显著差异，曾在访后失访例数治疗组明显多于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：认知行为治疗对海洛因依赖者强制脱毒后的康复有一定影响，对其操守和复吸的作用还有待进一步研究。 |
