| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肠套叠压力灌肠整复过程中腹腔压力的变化。材料与方法8只普通家兔应用20%乌拉坦(4ml/kg)麻醉后,间隔5min经肛门向肠内注射50ml液体。采用膀胱法检测腹腔压力,记录肠内灌注液体量与对应的腹腔压力,描记腹内液体灌注量-腹腔压力曲线。结果灌注早期腹腔压力升高缓慢,当腹内注射量达到一定程度(700～950ml)时,继续增加腹内的灌注量,腹腔压力急剧上升。在腹腔压力明显上升前,每50ml液体灌入导致腹腔压力平均升高(0.2183±0.5106)cmH2O,在腹腔压力明显上升后每50ml液体平均使腹腔压力升高(2.4168±0.3954)cmH2O,两者差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论在肠套叠灌肠整复过程中的早期腹腔压力增加缓慢,但当灌入量达到腹腔的容受限度后腹腔压力会迅速升高。在肠套叠整复有困难时,应当考虑腹腔压力升高的可能。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore rabbits's intra-abdominal pressure (IAP)changes in the enema process. Materials and Methods Rabbits were anesthetized by injection of 20% urethane(4 ml/kg),and 50ml liquid was infused into the rectum through the anus every 5 minites.
