| 摘 要： | 目的研究酒精性肝病诊断所选指标的可靠性、重要性及划分的准确程度.方法收集临床多项检测指标,专家会诊确诊分类的临床40例患者,运用粗糙集理论与方法进行运算与分析.结果在所选的七项指标中,有两个约简属性指标和一个核属性指标,与临床诊断时所推荐指标基本一致.结论粗糙集理论作为临床诊断多指标综合化、客观化和准确化的方法,是可行而且具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis(marker's) reliability,significance and accuracy for alcoholic hepatopathy.Method the 30 cases were given final diagnosis by specialists.Several markers were collected,capitulated and anglicized by rough set themry and method.Result Two markers of concise attribute and one center marker in the 7 markers of liver function are same with the recommend markers by the specialist.Conclusion As a synthetical,objective and accurate method of multi-marker in the clinical diagnosis,rough set theory has practices and important significante. |
