2003～2005年新疆生产建设兵团团场居民死因分析

目的通过对2003~2005年新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)部分团场居民死亡资料进行综合分析,探讨影响兵团居民平均寿命的主要死因和死亡谱,为控制相关疾病、制定防治策略提供依据。方法用死亡率、死因别死亡率、潜在寿命损失年数等指标,分析居民死因。结果兵团团场居民死亡率为572.93/10万,男性713.54/10万,女性422.25/10万;兵团居民前五位死因,依次为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系疾病、损伤与中毒、传染病;潜在寿命损失年前五位依次为损伤与中毒、恶性肿瘤、传染病、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病;兵团居民平均期望寿命73.54岁,其中男性71.28岁,女性77岁;对居民期望寿命影响较大的主要死因顺位为循环系疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系疾病、损伤与中毒等,分别去除这些死因后,居民期望寿命分别增加5.79岁、2.9岁、2.87岁、2.01岁。结论兵团居民死亡以慢性非传染性疾病和中毒与损伤为主,这类疾病已成为主要的公共卫生问题,加强其防制,减少死亡和残疾是今后工作的重点。

Analysis of Death Causes of Regiment Residents in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2003 to 2005

Objective The study on death causes is based on part of regiment in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and guarantees the evidence for the health decision-making and control of disease by comprehensive analysis,and evaluation on the cause of death and spectrum of disease of residents in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2003 to 2005.Methods Mortality rate,disease-specific mortality rate,potential years of life lost(PYLL) were used to analyze.Results The annual average mortality rate of the residents was 572.93/10~5.Ranked as the cause of the death,the top 5 were circular system diseases,neoplasm,respiratory system diseases,injuries and poisoning,infectious diseases.The leading PYLL were injuries and poisoning,neoplasm,infectious diseases,circular system diseases,respiratory system diseases.The average life expectancy of residents was 73.54.The main death causes affecting the expectation of life were circular system diseases,neoplasm,respiratory system diseases,injuries and poisoning,the life expectancy added 5.79,2.9,2.87 and 2.01 respectively,if life expectancy was counted without these death causes.Conclusions The major death was caused by chronic non-infectious diseases and injuries and poisoning.These diseases have become the priorities of public health and much attention should be paid to these diseases.
