护理行政查房对护理质量管理结果影响的分析

目的：探讨护理行政查房对持续改进护理质量和提高管理水平的作用。方法：2008年1月开始开展护理行政查房，在分管护理副院长领导下，由护理部主任、部分护士长和被查科室护士长、护士参加。根据上季度护理质量检查结果，对每个单项检查结果后三名科室现场进行检查，检查结果向被查科室护士长、护士通报，提出改进意见或解决方法，被查科室护士长制定整改计划，及时整改。护理部或质量委员会组织护理管理人员复查，对未整改科室给予全院通报批评并扣科室护理目标管理分。结果：2008年第一季度与2007年第四季度比较，护理行政查房前后，相关科室护理质量有明显提高，护理人员对护理“三基”知识掌握情况，患者、医生对护理工作质量满意度调查结果等差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：护理行政查房可提高护理管理水平，提高护士整体素质，提高患者、医生对护理工作的满意度。有利于促进护理质量的持续改进，促进护理学科的发展。

Analyzing the Influence of Administrative Ward Inspection of Nursing on the Nursing Quality Management

Objectives： To explore the influence of administrative ward inspection of nursing on improving nursing quality and its management. Methods： The administrative ward inspection of nursing was conducted by the director of nursing department, the charge nurse and some other nurses. According to the nursing quality in the last quarter, the last three offices need to be examined. The results and pmposals were informed to them and should be corrected for re - examination, otherwise they would be criticized or deducted the nursing management points. Results： the quality of nursing management in relevant departments had been improved after implementing the administrative ward inspection of nursing. The professional knowledge of nursing, and the patients and doctors＇ satisfaction on nursing had significant difference than those of before. Conclusions： The administrative ward inspection of nursing can improve the management, quality and satisfaction of nursing, thus would promote the development of nursing.
