| 摘 要： | 目的研究脂肪酸合成酶（Fatty acid synthase,FAS）在骨肉瘤组织中的表达情况。方法对20例骨肉瘤患者的石蜡标本进行FAS的免疫组织化学染色分析,并与19例骨软骨瘤组织进行对照。结果FAS在骨肉瘤组织中高表达,阳性表达率100%（20/20）;FAS在骨软骨瘤组织中表达低,阳性率为73.68%（14/19）,两者阳性率的比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论FAS在骨肉瘤组织中过表达,可作为骨肉瘤治疗新的靶位。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of FAS in osteosarcoma.Methods The expressions of FAS were detected by streptavidin peroxidase immunohistochemical method in the paraffin embedded sections of 20 osteosarcoma and 19 osteochondroma tissues were used as control group.Results The positive rate of the expression of FAS in osteosarcoma was 100%(20/20),while only 14 of 19(73.68%)cases in control group expressed FAS.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fatty acid synthase is overex... |
