阿魏酸衍生物对心肌细胞缺氧复氧损伤的保护作用

摘    要:
目的探讨阿魏酸衍生物对心肌细胞缺氧复氧(H/R)损伤的影响。方法用1~3d的SD大鼠进行心肌细胞原代培养,取生长5~6d的心肌细胞分为对照组、H/R组、溶剂组、不同阿魏酸衍生物组,除对照组外其他组均做H/R模型。通过测定肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的变化,观察不同阿魏酸衍生物对心肌细胞H/R损伤的保护作用。结果与H/R比较,除IIa外,阿魏酸类似物均可明显减少心肌细胞H/R损伤所造成的CK、LDH的渗出、MDA含量,同时可增加SOD酶活力。结论阿魏酸衍生物苯环上3,5位取代基可以明显影响此类化合物抗氧化活性,甲氧基和乙氧基表现为提高活性,溴次之。
