| 摘 要： | 目的分析HIV-1抗体阳性吸毒者的WB带型,了解惠州市男性吸毒人群WB带型的分布特征。方法对本实验室2007～2010年的HIV-1抗体确证检测阳性男性吸毒者的WB带型进行统计分析。结果 113份HIV-1抗体确证检测阳性男性吸毒者的WB带型中,gp160、gp120带型的出现率均在100%,p66、p51、gp41、p31、p24带型的出现率均在96%以上,p55,p17带型的出现率分别为71.68%和80.53%;WB全带型出现率为59.30%（67/113）;不同年龄组带型差异无统计学意义。结论抗env和gag基因编码蛋白的抗体gp160、gp120、gp41、p24阳性率高,是确证HIV-1感染的必备条件;惠州市的HIV亚型、传播途径和WB带型之间的关系有待进一步的调查和研究。 |
