大鼠眼挫伤后视觉诱发电位及形态学改变的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨眼挫伤的电生理学和形态学改变.方法 100只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(10只)、损伤后1d组(50只)、损伤后10 d组(20只)和损伤后1月组(20只),制作眼挫伤模型,分别检测并记录闪光视觉诱发电位(FVEP)和图形视觉诱发电位(PVEP),P100波的潜伏期和波幅作为观察指标;取各组大鼠的眼球做常规HE染色组织学切片进行观察.结果 眼挫伤后1d、10 d及1月,FVEP和PVEP的P100波潜伏期与正常对照组比较,分别延长49.88%、53.34%、19.63%和51.87%、40.49%、17.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FVEP和PVEP的P100波幅先升高后降低,损伤后1d、10d组与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),损伤后1月组则无统计学意义(P>0.05).损伤各组视神经可见神经纤维排列紊乱,空泡样变性,神经元周隙增宽,视神经肿胀,局灶可见胶质细胞增生;视网膜可见节细胞排列较疏松,内网层胶质细胞浸润.结论 视觉诱发电位变化与形态学改变相一致,VEP检查在眼挫伤的法医学鉴定中有重要作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of electrophysiological and morphological from eye contusion. Methods 100 rats were used for making animal models of eye contusion and divided randomly into control group, 1 day after injury group, 10 days after injury group and the group of 1 month after injury.
