| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清可溶性血管细胞粘附分子-1（SVCAM-1）水平与2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者肥胖的相关情况及其可能的作用机制。方法将T2DM患者76例根据有无肥胖分为T2DM肥胖组（41例）和T2DM非肥胖组（35例）,另设对照组30例。比较各组的一般情况、血脂、糖代谢等生化指标和SVCAM-1的差异。结果 T2DM肥胖组的血清SVCAM-1水平明显高于T2DM非肥胖组（P〈0.05）,且两组SVCAM-1水平均高于对照组（P均〈0.01）。相关分析显示,血清SVCAM-1与体重指数（MBI）、腰围（WC）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、空腹血糖（FPG）、三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）显著正相关,与高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）显著负相关。结论 SVCAM-1在T2DM的发生中起重要作用,肥胖参与了血管内皮功能障碍的发生与发展。 |
