医院护理管理的困惑与对策

摘    要:目的通过开展以护理管理为主题的系列培训活动,旨在提高护士长管理意识和能力,从而全面提升护理质量:方法采用管理理沦课程培训、参观介绍、每位护士长提出管理现存问题、护理部加以汇集和整合,分4组用“头脑风暴法”进行讨论,提出对策,各组组长汇总与交流。结果针对现存问题提出的相关对策能有效提高护理质量,提升病人的满意度:结论开展以护理管理为主题的系列培训活动,是提高护理管理水平的有效途径。

Abstract:Objective To enhance the consciousness and abilitv of headnurse supervisal through a series of training whose subject is nursing administration,so as to improve nursing quality.Methods After a series of managing training, risiting and introduction, every headnurse present actual problems during their administration. Nursing department coordinate the problems, meanwhile, they discuss the countermeasures in four teams and communicate with each other. Results Nursing quality as well as the satisfactory degree is raised through the effective coutermeasures. Conclusions A series of nursing administration training is an effective way to improve nursing administration.
