| 摘 要： | 目的:考察金刚藤的最佳水提醇沉工艺.方法:以不同药液浓度、不同醇沉浓度及静置时间为考察因素,设计3个水平,以薯蓣皂苷元提取率为考察指标进行正交实验.结果:金刚藤药材的最佳醇沉工艺为:药液浓度0.25 g生/mL,醇沉浓度40%、静置24 h.结论:本工艺成本低,薯蓣皂苷元提取率高,干浸膏得率较少.

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the best process of water-alcohol method for rootstock Smilax china.Methods: By orthogonal experiment with yield of the extract from rootstock Smilax china and extracting rate of diosgenin.Three factors were chosen in this experiment,including drugs solution concentration,alcohol consistence and put time,three levels to each factor.Results:The optimal extraction process was refluxing drugs solution content 0.25 g drugs each gram liquid extract,with 40% alcohol,put 24 hours.Conclusion... |
