低分子肝素辅助治疗对重度子痫前期产妇胎盘缺氧及氧化应激反应程度的影响

摘    要:
目的探究低分子肝素辅助治疗对重度子痫前期产妇胎盘缺氧及细胞凋亡的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的110例重度子痫前期产妇作为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分为参照组(开展常规对症治疗)和研究组(常规对症治疗基础上辅以低分子肝素治疗),各55例。比较两组胎盘缺氧、细胞凋亡及并发症情况。结果研究组PLGF、PAPP-A值均高于参照组,sFlt-1、sEng值、细胞凋亡指标(caspase-8、capase-3)水平均低于参照组,抗细胞凋亡指标(XIAP、Survivin)水平高于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规对症治疗基础上对重度子痫前期产妇给予低分子肝素辅助治疗可有效改善其胎盘缺氧、细胞凋亡情况,降低并发症发生率。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of low molecular weight heparin adjuvant therapy on placental hypoxia and apoptosis in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia. Methods 110 cases of severe preeclampsia parturients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the reference group(routine symptomatic treatment) and the research group(routine symptomatic treatment supplemented by low molecular weight heparin treatment) according to different treatment plans, with 55 cases in each group. Placental hypoxia, apoptosis and complications were compared between the two groups. Results PLGF and PAPP-A values in the research group were higher than those in the reference group, SFLT-1, sEng values, cell apoptosis(caspase-8 and caspase-3)levels were lower than those in the reference group, and anti-apoptotic indicators(XIAP and Survivin) levels were higher than those in the reference group, and the complication rate was lower than the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment, low molecular weight heparin adjuvant therapy for severe preeclampsia can effectively improve placental hypoxia and apoptosis, and reduce the incidence of complications.
