Clinical effect and effective rate of dental implant for dental defect repair

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and effective rate of dental implant for dentition defect. Methods 120 cases of dentition defect in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020, they were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional denture restoration, and the observation group was treated with dental implants. The repair effect and repair satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of repair in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of retention, masticatory ability, comfort,beauty and language function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Using of dental implants to repair patients with dentition defects has a significant effect, and the total effective rate of restoration is high, which can significantly improve the oral and dental problems of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
