| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨婴幼儿疥疮的临床特点及总结治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析157例婴幼儿疥疮的临床资料及治疗经过。结果:所有患儿均有明显接触史,皮疹表现为红斑、丘疹、水疱、隧道、结节等多种形态,皮疹遍布全身,累及面部者98例,占62.4%,经中药洗浴及外用抗疥药物均于21d内痊愈。结论:婴幼儿疥疮临床表现复杂多样,临床医师应掌握临床特点,减少误诊率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To approach clinical feature of infant scabies and to summarize the treatment experience. Methods:Analyzing retrospectively 157 cases of clinical data and treatment course on infant scabies. Results:There was obviously contact about all of children. The erythra showed erythema,papule,blister and tunnel and node. The erythra spreaded all over the body and involved face was 98 cases (62%).
