| 摘 要： | 目的:观察人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析36例老年人股骨粗隆间骨折行人工股骨头置换术患者为观察组,随即选择同期动力髋关节钉固定术(DHS)治疗患者30例为对照组,分析两组一般资料、术前准备、术中操作和术后处理情况,比较其临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:两组临床疗效差异无统计学意义,但在手术时间、术中出血、下地和住院时间、术后并发症发生几率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,可以减少患者卧床时间,减少并发症发生。 |
