| 摘 要： | 目的:观察血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症脑病的临床疗效.方法:25例尿毒症脑病患者采用血液灌流与血液透析联合治疗,观察其临床疗效及治疗前、后患者体内中分子物质(MMS)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)的变化情况.结果:治疗总有效率为84％,治疗后MMS、BUN、Scr较治疗前均明显降低(P＜0.01).结论:血液...
