| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理护理对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)成功率的影响。方法选择2004年1月-2005年12月采用IVF-ET技术治疗的1518例(1661个周期)不孕症患者,随机分为A、B2组,A组816例,927周期,将心理护理贯穿于体外受精-胚胎移植整个过程中。B组702例,734周期,进行常规的护理。观察2组临床妊娠率。结果2组临床妊娠率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论IVF-ET治疗过程中除了生物学上的治疗外,全程的心理疏导是提高IVF-ET成功率的关键。

Effect of mental nursing on achievement ratio of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer |

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the effect of mental nursing on achievement ratio of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods 1518 patients (1661 cycles) who were treated with IVF-ET were were divided into Group A and group B randomly. 816 patients (927cycles) were in group A who were given mental nursing. 702 patients (734 cycles) were in group B who were given routine nursing. Achievement ratio (IVF-ET) was analyzed in the two groups.Results Significant difference was found between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions Mental nursing is necessary in IVF-ET besides the therapy of biology. |
