| 摘 要： | 目的:比较乳腺癌患者术后不同引流方法的使用效果.方法:将112例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为两组,实验组56例采用一次性负压引流器进行腋窝、胸骨旁双负压引流,同时采用"一对一"心理干预模式;对照组56例采用一次性引流袋进行腋窝、胸骨旁双正压引流,同时实施传统常规心理干预.结果:两组患者的置管时间、平均住院时间、住院费用及并发症发生情况比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:对乳腺癌术后患者采用一次性负压引流器进行双负压引流和"一对一"心理干预,可缩短置管时间和平均住院时间,降低住院费用,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用.
