基于FPGA的SDRAM控制器设计

SDRAM以其快速、方便和价格便宜等特点而常被选做为视频预处理的缓冲存储器。根据SDRAM的特性,针对MT48LC8M8A2这一型号设计一款基于FPGA的SDRAM控制器。首先,本文根据视频处理的实际应用对SDRAM控制器做了功能上的简化约定,在学习了大量的FPGA设计文献资料,仔细研究了FPGA的设计思想、设计方法以及Xilnx FPGA设计流程后,对Xilinx公司Spartan~(TM)IIE系列FPGA的内部结构作了详细的分析。本文在研究SDRAM通信规范的基础上,根据简化约定,用Verilog语言设计实现了SDRAM控制器。在研究FPGA的设计实现、综合和验证的方法的基础上,本文用Xilinx集成开发环境对设计进行了综合优化和实现,并编写测试码进行了功能测试。
