| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应对中药不良反应(ADR)的措施。方法对我院2006年至2009年中药ADR数据进行分析。结果静脉滴注的中药ADR发生率较高;中药ADR以全身性损害最多,其次为皮肤及其附件损害。结论不合理用药是造成中药ADR的主要原因,药品监管部门应进一步提高药品生产企业控制质量风险的能力,医疗机构要加强医务人员的管理和培训。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore and take measures to combat ADR of TCM.Methods Analyze the data of ADR of TCM from 2006 to 2009 in our hospital.Results The most ADR of TCM was caused by I.v.drip.The most vulnerable system/organ was generalized,followed by skin and its appendages.Conclusion Irrational use of drugs was the main reason for ADR of TCM.Drug administration should improve the control capacity on quality risk of drug manufacturing enterprise.Medical institutions should pay more attention to supervise and train medical staff. |
