| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对脑出血术后患者遵医行为的影响。方法 80例脑出血患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组(33例)采用常规护理方法,干预组(47例)采用个性化护理干预措施,比较2组遵医情况。结果干预组遵医率明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可提高患者遵医率,促进疾病恢复,减少并发症发生率,降低复发率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of nursing interventions on the compliance of postperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly intervention group and control group.The control group(33 case) was treated by routine nursing care,while the intervention group(47 case) was treated by characterized nursing intervention.To compare the compliance rate of the two groups.Results The compliance rate of the intervention group was much higher then that of the control group.Conclusion The nursing intervention could improve the compliance rate of the patients,promote the illness rebound,deduce concurrent disease and incidence of recurrent. |
