齐齐哈尔市社区老年人健康管理需求及现状调查

本文对齐齐哈尔市社区老年人健康管理的现状做了调查分析。目的了解社区老年人健康管理需求状况。方法以齐齐哈尔市建华区、铁锋区、龙沙区选取一部分社区的老年人为对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行入户调查。结果大部分调查对象对健康管理不了解,但是被调查老年人健康管理需求程度较高。结论社区卫生服务中心应成为健康管理的平台,医保部门可考虑将社区健康管理服务项目纳入医保管理范围,更好地帮助社区老年人管理自身健康。

this paper JiJiHaErShi community health management present situation of old people did a survey analysis. Objective to know the state of the old people health management demand conditions.Methods to JiJiHaErShi built HuaOu,iron feng area,LongSha area selects a part of the community of the old object,the self-designed questionnaire for household survey.Results the majority of respondents in healthy management does not understand, but be investigated old people health management level of demand is higher.Conclusion the community health service center should be health management platform, and health care providers may consider community health service project management into medical insurance management scope,better help community elderly management their own health.
