慢性前列腺炎患者血清PSA的检测及其意义

摘 要 目的：探讨血清前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）浓度变化在慢性前列腺炎发生、发展及疗效评价中的意义。方法：用ELISA法测定60例慢性前列腺炎患者直肠指检前的血清PSA浓度，与正常组30例对照，并对比慢性前列腺炎治疗前后患者血清PSA浓度的变化。结果：慢性前列腺炎组和对照组的血清PSA浓度分别为（1.6±0.3）和（0.5±0.2）μg.L-1， 两组间有极显著性差异（t =11.68，P<0.01）；45例慢性前列腺炎治疗有效者，治疗后血清PSA浓度较治疗前明显下降（P<0.01），而15例治疗无效者，血清PSA浓度较治疗前下降不明显（P>0.05）。 结论：慢性前列腺炎时血清PSA浓度明显升高，经治疗随着炎症的消失，PSA浓度可逐渐恢复正常，PSA浓度可作为慢性前列腺炎疗效评价的指标之一。关键词 慢性前列腺炎 前列腺特异性抗原中图分类号：R697.44 文献标识码：A

Significance of serum prostate specific antigen detection in chronic prostatitis patients

【Abstract】 Objective The significance of serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) in chronic prostatitis development and efficiency elevation were explored. Methods The serum PSA concentration were measured by ELISA in 60 cases of chronic prostatitis without digital rectal examination, and in 30 health men that serve as normal control. The serum PSA concentration after therapy were compared with that of before treated. Results The mean concentration of serum PSA in chronic prostatitis group (1.6±0.3 μg.L-1) were significantly higher than that of control group (0.5±0.2μg.L-1, t = 11.68 , P< 0.01). The serum PSA concentration in 45 patients who obtained an effective therapy results were reduced significantly after treatment (P<0.01). However, the serum PSA concentration of those 15 patients who had not obtained an effective therapy results were reduced slightly (P>0.05). Conclusions Serum PSA concentration were significantly elevated in chronic prostatitis, and then gradually decreased to normal levels with diminish of inflammation after treatment. Serum PSA concentration could be an index of efficiency elevation for chronic prostatitis. 【Key words】 chronic prostatitis; prostate specific antigen
