四连接素在膀胱移行细胞癌上的表达及意义

目的 分析四连接素在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及相关意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测30例正常膀胱组织及146例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中四连接素的表达，比较其在不同的临床分期和病理分级中的差别，并分析四连接素的表达与预后的关系。结果四连接素在膀胱移行细胞癌中的阳性表达明显高于正常者（P〈0．05）；不同临床分期中，T1～T4期患者四连接素阳性表达率均明显高于Ta期患者（均P〈0.05），T2～T4患者四连接素阳性表达率均明显高于T1期患者（P〈0.05）；不同病理分级中，仅G3级别患者四连接素阳性表达率高于级别G1、G2患者，G1、G2级别患者四连接素阳性表达率并无明显差异（P〉0.05）。此外，四连接素在膀胱移行细胞癌中的阳性表达强度与预后呈负相关（P〈0.05）。结论四连接素参与了膀胱移行细胞癌浸润和转移的过程，是预测膀胱移行细胞癌预后的重要指标。

Expression of tetranectin in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and its significance

Objective To analyze the correlation between the expression of tetranectin （TN） and clinicopathology of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Methods Immunohistochemical sp method was applied to detect TN in 30 cases of normal bladder and 146 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. Results The expression of TN in bladder cancer was obviously higher than that in normal tissue （P〈0.05）;In different clinical stages： the expression of TN in T1-T4 was obviously higher than those in Ta （ P〈0.05）,the expression of TN in T2-T4 was obviously higher than those in T1 （ P〈0.05）;In differentiated grades：only the expression of TN in G3 was obviously higher than those in G1,G2, there was no difference between the expressions in G1 and G2 （ P〉0.05 ）.In addtiom, the strength of TN expressed in bladder cancer had a negative relationship with prognosis （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TN is associated with the process of invasion and metastasis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, and provides the prognosis of patients.
