126例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效的临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析1994年6月~2004年12月间治疗126例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的临床资料,全组病例均采用经患肢深静脉溶栓,结合抗凝、祛聚治疗,置入永久性下腔静脉滤器23例。结果:全组126例有明确致病因素者占34.9%。随诊2个月~10年,平均6年;全组痊愈22例(17.5%),显效88例(69.8%),有效16例(12.7%),无效0例。23例下腔静脉滤器展开均良好,无移位。结论:绝大多数患者无明确病因;溶栓、抗凝、祛聚综合治疗安全有效;下腔静脉滤器置入能有效预防肺动脉栓塞。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effective therapy methods for acute deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity (DVT). Methods: Retrospect analysis of 126 patients with acute DVT being treated with compositive methods including thromblytic, anticoagulation, anti-platelet adhesion and perpetual inferior venacavafilter (IVCF)(23 of 126 patients) from June 1994 to December 2004. Results: There were only 34.9% of the 126 patients had definite nosogenesis. After Follow-up for 2-120 months (average 6 years) ,22(17. 5%) patients cured, 88 (69.8%) patients had remarkable. After effecacy, 16(12. 7%) patients imporved and none was no effect. The IVCFs in the 23 patients were in good conditions and no shift. Conclusion:Most of the patients have no definite nosogenesis. Thromblytic, anticoagulation and anti-platelet adhesion are effective and safe therapy methods for the disease. IVCF is an effective measure to prevent pulmonary embolism.
