后腹腔镜肾癌根治术32例临床体会

目的总结后腹腔镜肾癌根治术的经验和临床效果。方法回顾性分析32例后腹腔镜肾癌根治术患者的临床资料,总结经验,评价其临床疗效。结果 32例肾癌患者经病理确诊,均为T1～T2期,左侧18例,右侧14例。肿瘤直径1.5～8.0cm,平均4.64 cm;均采用经后腹腔镜肾癌根治术,32例手术均获成功,手术时间为90～120 min,平均105 min;出血量70～100 ml,平均80ml。术后住院7～9 d,平均8d,术后肠功能恢复时间1～2d,术后随访2～26个月,平均12.1个月,无局部复发或远处转移,无切口或操作孔肿瘤种植。结论后腹腔镜肾癌根治术具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快的优点,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Clinical experience of kidney carcinoma by retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy

Objective To sum up clinic effect and experience of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with renal carcinoma were studied.The experience was summarized and the clinical outcomes of patients were assessed.Results All the 32 patients were pathologically confirmed to have T1-T2 phase renal carcinomas,with 18 cases had left side lesions and 14 had right ones.The diameter of tumors was 1.5-8.0 cm,with a mean of 4.64cm.All the patients were subjected to RLRN and all underwent successful operation.The operation time ranged from 90 to 120 minutes（mean 105 min）,the blood loss from 70 to 100 ml（mean80 m1）,the postoperative hospital stay from 7 to 9 days（mean 8 d）and the time for intestinal function recovery from 1 to 2 days.Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy is suggested in the treatment of kidney carcinoma for its less damage,less blood loss,rapid recovery.
