摘    要:
目的探讨脑动静脉畸形(AVM)出血与脑AVM大小及引流静脉数目的相关性.方法回顾性分析109例数字减影脑血管畸形造影资料.结果大型脑AVM出血率明显低于小型脑AVM的出血率(P<0.01);1支引流静脉出血者明显多于3支以上引流静脉出血者(P<0.01);引流静脉通畅者其出血率低.结论通过观察脑AVM的大小、引流静脉的数目以及引流静脉的通畅情况,可对脑AVM的出血进行预测.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the correlation between cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVM) with bleeding and the size of cerebral AVM, and number of draining veins. Methods DSA manifestations in 109 cases of AVM angiography were retrospectively reviewed. Results The hemorrhage rate of the large type AVM was obviously lower than that of the small type AVM (P<0.01). The hemorrhagic patients of one draining vein were obviously more than that of over three draining reins (P<0.01). The hemorrhage rate of venous drainage unobstructed was lower. Conclusion Obvious relationship exists among the size of cerebral AVM, number of draining veins and venous drainage with cerebral AVM bleeding. [
