| Abstract: | Young physicians and clinical medical postgraduates, after acquiring theoretical knowledge in classrooms and in - service training courses, have to : do day - to - day clinical work through efforts in combining theory with practice so that the treatment is well individualized ; better and better master and apply the basic tenets, working routines, techniques and skills through working closely with other members of the staff; seriously study related technologies and detailed operation sequences o( equipments via training in rotation in specialized divisions and units; under tutors' guidance, participate in practice of innovating and developing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by evaluation and developing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by evaluation and implementation of new and emerging scientific progress; work with dedication, diligence and compassion , providing attention and care that encourages optimal healing. |
