摘    要:
目的 :探索虫类药材的显微鉴别特征和方法。方法 :利用OLYMPUS显微镜分别对药材及含有 8种虫类药材的中成药进行观察比较与研讨。结果 :可根据体壁细胞的纹理、毛窝的形态、大小及刚毛的特征进行区别。结论 :该法可有效鉴别 8种虫类动物药材 ,为含虫类动物药材的中成药鉴别及新药质量标准的制定提供了资料和依据。

Abstract:
Objective: To seek microstructure characters and method of insect material medicines. Method: Insect material medicines and Chinese patent medicines containing these medicines were observed and compared with OLYMPUS. Result: The texture of integumentary cells, the shape and size of hair socket and bristle were important characters for species identification. Conclution: This method can effectively identify 8 insect medicines,which provides some data and foundation for Chinese patent medicines' identification containing insects medicines and making quality standard for new drugs.
