汉防己甲素治疗野百合碱诱发大鼠肺动脉高压的作用研究

摘    要:以野百合碱复制Wistar大鼠肺动脉高压模型,观察汉防己甲素对其血流动力学的作用及对肺腺泡内动脉的影响。结果表明:汉防己甲素可使肺动脉收缩压、右心室收缩压及右心房收缩压分别降低28.0%、28.3%及31.5%;并使肺腺泡内动脉内皮细胞空泡变减少,内皮下腔减少和缩小,中膜胶原纤维和平滑肌细胞亦减少,使其管壁变薄。

Abstract:The effects of Tetrandrine (Tet)on in-traacinous pulmonary arteries (IAPA)and bemody-namics were studied by means of a rat pulmonary hy- pertension medel induced by monocrotaline. The re- sults showed that Tet could reduce the contractivepressure of pulmonary artery.right ventricle and rightatrium of heart by 28.0%, 28.3%,and 31.5%re- spectively. It could also decrease the vacuolar degener-ation of endoepithelial cells of IAPA,the endoepithe- lial subcavity,the collagens of medial membrane andthe numbers of smooth muscles of IAPA.
