| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨可调钠透析对血液透析急性并发症发生率的影响。方法 选择60例血液透析患者,随机分成可调钠透析组及标准透析组各30例,对1800次血液透析过程中出现的并发症进行比较。结果 可调钠透析组与标准透析组急性并发症发生率比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 可调钠透析能明显减少血液透析急性并发症的发生率,值得临床推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of sodium profile on the incidence of acute complications arising from hemodialysis. Methods 60 patients with chronic renal failure were equally randomized into sodium profile hemodialysis (PHD) group and conventional hemodialysis (CHD) group to analyze and compare the incidences of acute complications based on 1,800 hemodialyses. Results There were significant differences in the incidence of acute complications between PHD and CHD groups (P<0.01). Conclusion PHD can reduce the incidence of acute complications in hemodialytic patients, and is thus worthy of spreading in clinical practice. |
