海洋真菌No.Y19-07菌丝体次级代谢产物化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的从海洋真菌No.Y19-07菌丝体次级代谢产物中得到有活性的先导化合物。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和NMR谱、质谱分析确定化合物的结构。结果从海洋真菌No.Y19-07菌丝体的丙酮萃取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别为灰黄霉素(griseofulvin,1)、1,6-二羟基-3-甲氧基-8-甲基夹氧杂蒽酮(1,6-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-8-meth-ylxanthone,2)、2-吡咯酮-5-甲酸甲酯(methyl2-pyrrolidone-5-carboxylate,3)、3-苯甲基-吡咯并哌嗪-1,4-二酮(3-benzyl-pyrrolopiperazine-1,4-dione,4)、对羟基苯乙醇(p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol,5)、对羟基苯甲甲醚(p-hydroxybenzyl methyl ether,6)、甘露醇(mannitol,7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从海洋真菌No.Y19-07代谢物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the the chemical constituents from the mycelium of marine fungus No.Y19-07. Methods The compounds from the acetone extract were isolated by the silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column and HPLC, and their structures were identified by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, EI-MS and comparison of chemical and physical data with authentic samples reported in literatures. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the acetone extracts of the mycelia of marine bacteria No.Y19-07. Seven of them were identified as griseofulvin (1), 1,6-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-8-methylxanthone (2), methyl 2-pyrrolidone -5-carboxylate (3), 3-benzyl-pyrrolopiperazine-1,4-dione (4), p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (5), p-hydroxybenzyl methyl ether methyl ether (6), mannitol (7). Conclusions All of the compounds are obtained from this marine fungus for the first time.
