摘    要:目的尝试内标校正法在栀子不同类化合物定量分析中的应用。方法利用高效液相色谱质谱联用技术(HPLC/DAD-MS)对栀子中京尼平龙胆二糖苷、栀子苷、绿原酸、西红花苷I和西红花苷II进行定性定量分析。采用内标校正法,以栀子苷或西红花苷I为参照物,考察其他成分相对参照物的校正因子(fkm),进行系统适用性考察,并比较计算值与实测值的差异。结果分别以栀子苷或以西红花苷I为参照物,评价栀子中栀子苷、西红花苷I和西红花苷II的含量是可行的,校正因子系统适用性良好(RSD<5%),内标校正法测定结果与实测值基本一致(RSD<5%)。结论内标校正法实用、高效,可用于特定不同类成分含量测定。

Abstract:Objective Internal standard correction method(ISCM) was applied to quality evaluation of different kind compounds in Fructus Gardeniae(FG). Methods Qualitative and quantitative analysis of Genipin-1-gentiobioside,Geniposide,Chlorogenic acid,Crocin I and Crocin II in FG were firstly made by HPLC/DAD-MS.Geniposide and Crocin I were taken as references separately to determine the other four components.Correction factors(fkm) were calculated,and system suitability was studied. Results Geniposide and crocinI could be taken as references to determine Geniposide,Crocin I and Crocin II.The system suitability was good(RSD<5%) and results of ISCM and standard curve method was basically the same(RSD<5%). Conclusion ISCM is economical,practical and efficient,and can be used for quantitative analysis of certain different kind components.
