紫舌研究初探

紫舌是，临床常见舌象，本研究通过对大量文献进行发掘、整理后发现，紫舌病因病机多责之于血瘀、阴盛、阳热、酒毒、食滞、中毒；紫舌微观形成机理多与微循环障碍、血小板凝集性增高、动脉氧分压降低、舌血流变异常等相关；紫舌相关疾病多见于肺心病、冠心病、肝病、糖尿病、胰腺疾病、门脉高压症、癌症等。紫舌的出现常常提示病情较重，必须引起高度重视，以免耽误诊治。

Study on Purple Tongue

Purple tongue is one of common tongue demonstration. By excavating and sorting many literatures, this research finds that ： the pathogenesis of Purple tongue is related with blood stasis, yin abundance, yang heat, alcohol poisoning, food stagnation, poisoning;microscopic formation mechanism is related with microcirculation disturbance, increased platelet aggregation, increased arterial partial pressure of oxygen, abnormal tongue blood flow and so on ; Purple tongue is more common in diseases as follows ： pulmonary heart disease, coronary heart disease, liver disease, diabetes, pancreatic disease, portal hypertension, cancer and so on. The emergence of purple tongue often tells us that some serious diseases may appear and we must give it much attention to avoid delay in diagnosis and treatment.
