| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗顽固性失眠的临床疗效。方法：将本院自2009年1月—2010年2月收治的100例顽固性失眠患者随机分为治疗组（50例）与对照组（50例）,对照组给予艾司唑仑片＋谷维素,治疗组在此基础上加服自拟的中药安眠汤,疗程30天,停药后根据疗效评价标准判定疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组的临床治愈率分别为42.00%、22.00%,总有效率为84.00%、54.00%,治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：中西医结合治疗顽固性失眠疗效确定,值得临床上推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of obstinate insomnia treated with combination of TCM and Western medicine.Methods：In our hospital from January 2009-2010 admitted in February of 100 patients with intractable insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group（50 cases）and control group（50 cases）,the control group received estazolam tablets ＋ Google cellulose,the treatment group on the basis of Chinese medicine plus sleep self service soup,treatment 30 days after treatment according to evaluation criteria to determine efficacy of treatment.Results：The treatment group and control group,clinical cure rates were.42.00%,22.00%,total effective rate was 84.00%,54.00%,the treatment group compared with the control group there was significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Integrative treatment of refractory insomnia curative effect,promoting the use of clinical worth. |
