解痉散瘀法治疗前列腺增生术后膀胱痉挛临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合对治疗耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术/经尿道前列腺汽化电切术（TUVP）术后膀胱痉挛的临床疗效。方法：将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。两组患者均使用镇痛泵,常规按需使用其他镇痛药物,治疗组加用解痉散瘀汤。结果：治疗组膀胱痉挛发生率、尿意感、急迫性尿失禁均低于对照组,痉挛疼痛缓解率较对照组明显,同时在预防膀胱内血块瘀堵上较对照组优势明显。结论：解痉散瘀法能缓解术后膀胱痉挛的发生率,提高痉挛缓解率,且无明显副作用。

Clinical Research on Scattered Stasis Spasm of Postoperative BPH treating Patients with Bladder Spasm

Objective：To observe the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the Treatment of prostate gland excision technique in which the bladder/Transurethral Vaplrization of Prostate（TUVP）postoperative bladder spasm of the clinical effect.Methods：40 patients,will randomly divided into treatment group and control group every 20 cases.Two groups use the patients,according to the conventional analgesic pump to use other analgesic drugs,the treatment group spasm,add with scattered stasis soup.Results：Treatment group bladder spasms incidence,urinary incontinence,meaning feeling or urgency are lower than those of the control group,spasms pain relief rate is obvious,at the same time in the control group to prevent bladder clot blocked a control group and advantages.Conclusion：Spasmolysis scattered stasis method can reduce the incidence of postoperative bladder spasm,improve spasms remission rate,with no obvious side effects.
