名老中医对糖尿病肾病证型认识的文献分析

目的：通过文献检索,查阅分析相关文献,研究近现代名老中医治疗糖尿病肾病的证型分布情况和经验。方法：检索维普医药信息资源系统（1989—2010年）及中国期刊文献数据库CNKI（1994—2010年）获取目标文献,建立文献评价表。结果：通过检索获取目标文献30篇,涉及相关证型26种,30篇经验性文献中证型排在前5位的是：气阴两虚（90.00%）,阳虚证（73.33%）,阴阳两虚（70.00%）,阴虚证（56.67%）,气虚证（36.67%）。结论：名老中医在治疗糖尿病肾病的辨证分型上不尽相同,存在多样化、复杂性特点,但在糖尿病肾病病情发展的认识上是一致,其认为糖尿病肾病早期以气阴两虚为主;渐至阴损及阳,出现临床上以阳虚为主的另一个阶段（即临床期或中期）;晚期最终发展至阴阳两虚。

Analysis of Related Literature about Distribution of Famous Veteran Doctors of TCM about Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective：Through collation and analysis of related literature,this paper aims at making a research at syndrome distribution and treating experiences of famous veteran doctors of TCM about diabetic nephropathy.Method：We searched VIP and CNKI,established Systematic Review scale for identified literature.Result：30 literatures involved 26 different syndrome types were identified.The first five of them are： deficiency of qi and yin（occupied 90.00%）,deficiency of yang（occupied 73.33%）,deficiency of yin and yang（occupied 70.00%）,deficiency of yin（occupied 56.67%）,deficiency of qi（occupied 36.67.00%）.Conclusion： the syndrome differentiation is various in the experience of famous veteran doctors of TCM on diabetic nephropathy.it appears to be complicated and diversified.But they are concordance with the progress of the disease.In the early phase of DN,they focus on qi and yin deficiency.Then with the further loss of yin,yang deficiency due to yin deficiency appeared most.In the last phase,along with the progress of the disease,deficiency of yin and yang can appear.
