自血穴位注射治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

目的：观察自血穴位注射治疗寻常痤疮的临床效果。方法：将寻常痤疮患者122例随机分为甲乙两组，分别采用穴位注射治疗和口服药物治疗。结果：经过治疗，穴位注射治疗组的治愈率为64．5％，总有效率为95．2％；1：2服药物治疗组的治愈率为30％，总有效率为76．7％。经过统计学处理，两组疗效比较差异具有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：复合作用的药物穴位疗法治疗寻常痤疮的疗效明显优于口服药物组。

Effect Observation for Treatment of Acne Vulgaris by Point Injection of Autohemotherapy

Objective：Observation point injection for the treatment of acne vulgaris clinical effect is what we want to do. Methods ： We will acne vulgaris patients 122 randomly divided into two groups, with partied using respectively to point injection treatments and oral drug therapy. Results：After our treatment, point injection treatment group can reach 64.5% of cure rate, the total effective rate was 95.2% ; Oral drug treatment group can reach the cure rate of 30%, with the total effective rate of 76.7%. Through the statistical treatment, two curative effect of comparative differences have very remarkable significance （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Compound action therapy efficacy is obvious than oral drug group.
