| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病（diabetic nephropathy,DN）是糖尿病常见的慢性微血管并发症之一,其基本病理改变是肾脏肥大,肾小球毛细血管基底膜增厚,肾小球和肾小管细胞外基质（ECM）进行性堆积。DN发病机制目前还不明确,研究发现有遗传、环境和免疫等因素。近年来,转化生长因子β（transforming growth factorβ,TGF-β）在糖尿病肾病的作用已被广泛关注。TGF-β可诱导肾小球细胞肥大、细胞外基质积聚,促进肾小球硬化和肾间质纤维化。文章就转化生长因子β对糖尿病肾病的作用及拮抗TGF-β对糖尿病肾病的治疗的研究进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Diabetic nephropathy is one of common chronic complication of Diabetes.The basic pathological changes are kidney hypertrophy,glomerular capillary basement membrane thickening,and glomerular and tubular extracellular matrix（ECM）progressive accumulation.Pathogenesis of DN is not yet clearly,the research found that there were genetic,environmental and immune factors.In recent years,transforming growth factor β（TGF-β）in the role of diabetic nephropathy has been widespread concern.TGF-β can induce glomerular hypertrophy,extracellular matrix accumulation,promote glomerulosclerosis and interstitial fibrosis.In this paper,the role of TGF-β in diabetic nephropathy and adopt TGF-β antagonist in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy research are reviewed. |
