PBL教学法在《中医基础理论》教学中运用的观察与思考

《中医基础理论》课程开展问题导向学习（PBL）的教学模式,是为了有效地达到高校精品课程建设,探索优质课程教学资源利用,加快提高教学质量和人才培养质量,促进高等教育健康、持续发展这一目标所引入的方法。作为中医基础理论课程内的PBL学习,必须围绕《中医基础理论》课程的最终教学目标而设,本课程以小儿多动症临床治疗的实际案例作为基于问题学习的引导,将学生思维引入到具有情境性的知识状态中接受中医藏象理论,明晰中医心与西医解剖心的区别,接受＂心主神明＂为核心的藏象理论,进一步深入引导学生思考＂心主神明＂的产生渊源与中国哲学、中国文化密切联系的背景,培养和建立学生联系中国哲学学习中医学的思维方式,从而引发学生有关中医理论科学性的理性思考。

Survey and Thought on Application of PBL Didactics in Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Problem-based learning（PBL）teaching model in Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine course is a method to meet requirements of quality courses construction in college,to explore the use of high quality teaching resources,to accelerate improvements in the quality of teaching and personnel training,to promote healthy and sustainable development of higher education.PBL learning in Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine course must be set up focused on its ultimate teaching goal.In the course,students can easily accept viscera theory of Chinese Medicine in situational state,guided by the actual case of clinic treatment of ADHD.Besides,distinction in meaning of the heart between Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine can be comprehended clearly,and theory of the heart governs mental activities as the centre of viscera theory can be accepted.From the learning,students can be further guided to explore origin of＂the heart governs mental activities＂,which is closely linked to Chinese philosophy and culture.Students can be trained to learn Chinese Medicine linked with Chinese philosophy,which accordingly leads to rational thinking on the scientific of Chinese Medicine.
