当归补血汤干预化疗贫血模型小鼠药效学研究

目的：通过考察当归补血汤不同刺量配比对化疗贫血小鼠模型外周血红、白细胞计数的影响，阐释当归补血汤的“补血”效应及其抗贫血作用。方法：采用血细胞计数法测定外周血细胞和血红蛋白含量的变化。结果：当归补血汤对化疗性贫血的外周血红、白细胞计数均有提升作用，与模型组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）结论：当归补血汤不同剂量配比对化疗贫血具有一定的抗贫血效应。

Experimental Study of Pharmacodynamics of Danggui Buxue Decoction Intervention in Chemotherapy-induced Anemia Mice

Objective： To examine the ratio of different doses of Danggui Buxue Decoction anemia mouse model of chemotherapy peripheral blood red, the impact of white blood cell count, explain the Danggui Bu.xue Decoction of the ＂blood＂ effect and its anti-anemic effect. Methods： Determination of peripheral blood cells, blood cell count and hemoglobin content changes. Results： Danggui Buxue Decoction of chemotherapy-induced anemia in red blood, white blood cell count are to enhance the role and the model group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Danggui Buxue Decoction ratio of different doses of chemotherapy with some anti-anemia anemia effects.
