摘    要:目的:建立排石利胆颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定含量,使用Hypersil C18(5μm,4.6mm×200mm)色谱柱,紫外检测波长230nm,乙腈-0.1%磷酸(13:87)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min。结果:通过方法学考察,芍药苷在0.08104~0.48624μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率96.2%(RSD=1.1%,n=9)。结论:RP-HPLC法可用于排石利胆颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the determination method of the concent of paeoniflorin in Paishi Lidan granule by HPLC.Method:The column was Hpersil C18(5μm,4.6mm×200mm),the detection wavelength was at 230nm,the mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(13:87),the flow rate is 1.0mL/min.Result:A good linear correlation of paeoniflorin was observed between 0.08104~0.48624μg,r =0.9996,the average recovery was 96.2% with RSD of 1.1%(n=9).Conclusion:The method can be used as the quality control method of this preparation.
